Wednesday: Day 0
12pm-5:30pm Check-in, bike rental pick-up, bike shipping pick-up & Expo at Staybridge Suites.
You can lock up your bike on the racks so you do not have to deal with it Thursday morning.
Shuttles between Lafayette hotels & Bayou Wilderness RV Campgrounds
Long term parking between Discovery Inn & Residence Inn (128 James Comeaux Rd. Lafayette, LA 70508) for campers & people staying in Breaux Bridge B&B or Microtel.
Casual unsupported rides:
Explore Lafayette: Various points of interest to enjoy as well as many restaurants, bars and even Festival International de Louisiane. Oh and don’t forget to work on the scavenger hunt.
Longer country roads ride: This unsupported ride is TBD
Your bike can safely sleep at Staybridge Suites though locks are recommended
Tent camping is also at Staybridge Suites
Festival International:
Cycle Zydeco kick off party will move to Festival International with shuttle service running between Lafayette hotels and downtown Lafayette. We will have a private lounge area with bike parking and seating for socializing and more! The music performing that night is:
Donna the Buffalo (New York) 6:30pm - 7:45pm
Keith Frank & the Soileau Zydeco Band (Louisiana) 8:15pm - 9:30pm
Thursday, Day 1
8:00-10:00: Check-in at Staybridge Suites
Shuttles from Lafayette Hotels & Bayou Wilderness Campground start running.
If your Thursday - Saturday lodging plans are camping at base camp or you are staying at Microtel : Drop your bikes and load luggage onto trailers at ANNOUNCING SOON@@ then park your car in long term parking. Either catch the shuttle back to the start or ride back to the start (only 2 blocks away). Lafayette every night guests drop your day bag in the luggage trailer. Luggage trailers will be at St. Bernard School waiting for you at the end of the ride.
PARKING: Long term parking between Discovery Inn & Residence Inn (128 James Comeaux Rd. Lafayette, LA 70508) for campers & people staying in Breaux Bridge B&B or Microtel. If you are staying at a Lafayette hotel every night then park at your hotel and take the shuttle to Gator Cove. It is an easy 2 mile ride to Gator Cove from the hotels and long term parking. Shuttle service will start at 8am.
10:00 AM RIDE: The only mass start of the ride. We all leave together with police support for the first 15 miles. Leaving Lafayette and finishing in Breaux Bridge at St. Bernard School (251 E. Bridge St., Breaux Bridge, LA) Main route is 35 miles and long route is 65 miles.
11-2 Live music in St. Martinville.
5:00pm Dance Lessons with TBD
4-9 Music TBD @ St Bernard’s School
Dinner on your own in historic downtown Breaux Bridge.

Friday, Day 2
RIDE: Leaving St. Bernard in Breaux Bridge and returning there. Main route is 40 miles and the long route is 66 miles.
8-3 Swamp tour at McGee’s Landing. Live music and food trucks.
Red’s Levee Bar: midway point for main route. Lunch option with live music by (11a - 2p).
3-7 Check-in and bike rental pick up for weekend warriors.
6:30-9:30 Live music:
Dinner on your own enjoy historic downtown Breaux Bridge
Shuttles between our hotels, Bayou Wilderness RV, and St. Bernard School
Your bike will safely sleep at St. Bernard School, lock it up.
Saturday, Day 3
7:00 - 9:00 Check-in for Weekend Warriors
RIDE: Leaving St. Bern,rd in Breaux Bridge and returning there. Main route is 46 miles, the long route is 63 miles and the extra long is 93 miles.
SEE IT: Etouffee Festival in Arnaudville, Bayou Teche Brewery, VooDoo Adventures (crawfishing tour, largest tree in St. Martinville & live music)
6:30-9:30 @ St Bernard’s School
Dinner on your own enjoy historic downtown Breaux Bridge

SUNDAY: Day 4
RIDE: Leaving St. Bernard in Breaux Bridge and finishing in Lafayette at Empanada Guy Restaurant (1500 General Mouton Rd., Lafayette, LA) which is a 1/2 mile from long term parking. Main route is 37 miles and long route is 65 miles. There is also an 11 mile short route back to Lafayette if you are in a rush.
Luggage trailers at St. Bernard School and Microtel. These trailers will be at thr finish waiting for you after the ride.
SEE IT: Cankton Country Bar’s Bloody Mary and Scott Boudin Festival with LIVE MUSIC. On long routes Academy of Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau, Chretien Point Plantation. Bal du Dimanche
Post ride lunch and CZ bar
Bike rental returns & bike shipping
12 - 7 Shuttles between finish (Empanada Guy), Lafayette hotels, long term parking lot, Bayou Wilderness RV’s, and the Boudin Festival in Scott.
It is also an easy 3 mile bike ride to long term parking (2503 SE Evangeline Thwy. Lafayette, LA) if you want to skip the shuttle.
2:00p Course is closed and all support teams are coming in. If you are out on the course and need a ride, please contact LYFT or UBER.
3:00p We are wrapping up and all of our volunteers are going to either celebrate or rest.
Enjoy local music and dance the afternoon away at the following:
Vermilionville only a half mile from Cafe 20.3. Every Sunday is Le Bal du Dimanche (Sunday Dance) live music 1pm - 4pm.
